Returns & Exchange Policy

At ONSYLE, we want you to love every purchase — and if you don't, we've made returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Reverse Pickup:

  • For pincodes serviceable by our courier partners, ONSYLE arranges and pays for the reverse pickup. Initiate your request by emailing support@onsyle.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 99933 38435.
  • If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, please ship the item back to us. ONSYLE will reimburse return courier charges up to ₹100 once you share the courier slip/receipt with our support team.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or fit only, within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit instead.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet) or as ONSYLE store credit — your choice when raising the return request.
  • Refund timelines after we initiate the refund depend on your bank or payment provider; please reach out to them if you don't see the credit within their stated window.

3. Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items bought on sale are returnable under the same 14-day rules as full-price items, unless they were purchased with a no-return coupon — those purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Non-Compliance

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above (used, washed, altered, missing tags or packaging), we may decline the refund and the item may not be re-shipped back to you. We'll always reach out via email or WhatsApp before taking any action.
